Q. How can I place an order?

click on the buy button corresponding to the product you wish to purchase
and follow the instructions.
Please make sure that e-mail address you type is correct, because all important
information regarding your order, your receipt, and your registration code
will be sent to this e-mail address.
Q. What will happen after I place my order?
A. Once your order has been processed successfully, we will send you an email immediately with
your license code. This may take from a few minutes to an hour in most cases.
Follow the instructions in your email to convert your product to a full version.

Q. When will I receive my product?

But you still can convert your software to full version using the license code you will receive

Q. How do I get any special discounts?
A. We offer multiple license purchase discounts all the time.
You can see the details in the order page. In addition to that, we offer discounts
time to time. If a discount is offered at any time, we put that information in our website.
Q. How will the charge appear on my credit card /debit card statement?
A. We process all orders via Regsoft Inc or ShareIt!.
Your credit statement will show a charge from "Regsoft Inc" or "ShareIt!".
Q. Can I get the product on a CD-ROM?
A. Absolutely! Products in a CD-ROM is optional for some extra charge.
You can select "Yes" to CD-ROM option in the order form, and we will send the
CD within a week's time. You still can convert your downloaded
copy to full version using the license code.
If you have NOT opted for CD-Delivery option, you will NOT receive
any boxed product for the purchase. In that case it will be a download-only
purchase.
Q. When will I receive my CD-ROM on Demand?
A. If you have opted for CD-Delivery, please expect to receive it within 3 weeks.
Q. What will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?
A.

Q. How secure is my online order?

your online order is totally safe. Your order will be processed by SSL.
Your order process is protected via a secure connection so that the
data sent by you can only be read by the recipient. Important
information such as credit card numbers, addresses, etc. is sent to the
recipient securely via the Internet. All of the data entered on the protected pages is
encrypted(means jumbled-up using extremely complicated mathematical formula) using the SSL
protocol. That way no 3rd party can view your credit card numbers, addresses or any information you send us.
Q. Will my personal data be shared with any third parties?

Privacy of individual visitor data is very important to us.
Any information you submit through our web sites will be held in
the strictest confidence. We will not release your e-mail address or
any other personal information to any third parties without your consent.

Q. I cannot move or resize some elements in my design. Why?
A. Maybe that you have locked the elements. You need to unlock them to move or
resize. Select the elements and click on the unlock button on the toolbar.
Q. I have some elements that are outside the design area. Will they show up on my printed card?
A. No. You have to bring all elements in the design area to show-up in print.
Q. Why do the shadows not show up even if I choose 'show shadow' on the properties window?
A. If shadow doesn't appear, your shadow option maybe turned off totally.
Go to menu Tools->Options and choose shadow length to small/medium/large. You
can also choose shadow color there.
Q. I closed the property window. How do I get it back for changing the properties(color, size, tilt angle etc.) of an element?
A. Double click on the element to get properties window. You can change color, size, tilt angle etc. there.
Q. How do I use new font with the application?
A.
Our software pulls out all the fonts installed in your computer.
If your desired font is not installed in your computer, you can install it easily.

for more on how to install new fonts.
Please note that true type fonts work best with our product and some open type may not work satisfactorily.
Q. What graphic file formats are supported by Greeting Card Zoom?
A. JPG, BMP, GIF, WMF, PNG and TIF formats are supported. Additionally, if you can
copy any image to the clipboard, you can paste into your design. However, you can save your design as an image
in bmp, jpg, gif and png format.
Q. How do I use an image file that is in an unsupported format?
A. Convert the file to BMP format or to any supported format and use it.
Q. What type of paper do I buy to print greeting cards?
A. You can purchase sheets of greeting cards in office supply stores. Most office
stores, such as, Office Depot, OfficeMax sell greeting card parers.
